Start Time of Event *
With the exception of weddings, events can be scheduled during the following times: Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 10 PM, Saturday: 8 AM - 12 PM, Sundays: 1 PM - 4 PM. Events outside these hours are charged an additional fee. Please refer to our Building Use Policy for further details.
How much time is needed for set-up and tear-down? *
Thoroughly consider the time needed for set-up and tear-down. For special events, this might need to be done the day prior, which will need to be requested at the time of this booking.
Is this a Single Event or Recurring Meeting? *
Room Setup *
Describe how you would like your room(s) set up. For example: "Empty room," "Classroom style," "Conference Table Style," or "5 rectangle tables in a U shape with 4 chairs each." Try to be as specific as possible for the setup of each room requested, as it will help us determine which room(s) will be suited best for your event. If reserving multiple rooms, please also indicate special equipment and setup needs for EACH.
